- music pianist. Since 2012 she has been a teacher in Chamber Music Department at the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice. In 2019 she received a PhD in musical arts.

In 2007 - 2018 she received several dozen awards and distinctions for the pianist-accompanist at Polish and international competitions.

Magdalena Duś - as a part of duet with the saxophonist Bartłomiej Duś - recorded in 2012 her debut CD: "Malinconico" for the German label Classic Clips. Her cooperation in 2015 with clarinettist Arkadiusz Adamski and cellist Marcin Zdunik resulted in the recording of Johannes Brahms chamber music for DUX record label.

Her recent CD was recorded with famous french oboist David Walter. Under title of "Eclats Romantiques" are recorded chamber music works for oboe and piano by C. Franck, F. Chopin, G. Faure, F. Schubert, A. Pasculli, S. Verroust and M. Dranishnikova.

Magdalena Duś as a member of MagDuś Duo - who co-creates together with Bartek Duś - is the winner of the 2nd prize at the 18th International Chamber Music Competition in Łódź (April 2013) and 2nd prize at the Salieri-Zinetti Chamber Music Competition in Verona (September 2014, Italy). In 2017, ensemble became the winner of the Artist-Resident program organized by the Institute of Music and Dance which aims to present and promote young artists in Poland.

Magdalena Duś had cooperated with many renowned soloists e.g.: David Walter, János Bálint, Arno Bornkamp, Vincent David, Wenzel Fuchs, Florent Héau, and Michael Martin Kofler.
