Cellist, researcher, educator, vice-president of the Małopolska Manufaktura Sztuki Association. Graduated with honors from the Academy of Music in Kraków in the cello class of prof. Witold Herman (1995). In 2010, she obtained a doctorate in musical arts. In 2019 she obtained the degree of habilitated doctor. She is currently working as a professor at the Academy of Music of Krzysztof Penderecki in Krakow, at the Department of Chamber Music. From 2020, she is the Head of the Department of String and Wind Chamber Music.
She perfected her skills at numerous music courses, among others as part of the International Pommersfelden Academy. She received a scholarship of the European Mozart Foundation. She is the laureate of cello and chamber competitions among others 2nd place in the 11th International Chamber Music Competition in Łódź in 1992 and 2nd prize in the soloists category, 4th International Contemporary Chamber Music Competition Krzysztof Penderecki in Krakow in 2000.
She has cooperated with the Capella Cracoviensis orchestra and Sinfonietta Cracovia. She is the member of the piano trio Reiner Trio, with which she has performed for 20 years. She has performed numerous premieres, including works dedicated to her. As an interpreter of the newest music, she has performed many times at festivals of contemporary music (Days of Music of Krakow Composers, Stravinsky and his Ukraine, Ustyluh 2011, Polish Library in Paris, 2013, 27th International Festival of Contemporary Music -Połock, Belarus 2015) as a soloist and chamber musician. She has performed in the Czech Republic, Austria, Germany, Belgium, France, Denmark, Japan, Brazil, USA, Puerto Rico. She conducts cello workshops for children and teenagers. Currently, she is associated with the Malawski Trio piano trio. She is actively involved in concerts in Poland and abroad.
